The Administration section of Get Involved permits management of a growing number of service modules. Which service modules you can see and use depends on your role in your organization(s).
To access the administrative section from the homepage, first login using the “Login” link at the top right of the page. Then click the “Admin” link at the top right of the page near where the “Login” link was previously. If you do not see an “Admin” link after logging in, you do not have administrative privileges for any organization.
Dashboard
The administrative dashboard provides an overview of key information for your organization including notifications about tasks that need to be completed. What information is shown depend on what permissions you have and what tasks await completion.
Navigation Menu
Throughout the administrative section, a navigation menu is alway displayed on the left side that includes modules for which you are authorized. Get Involved currently offers the following modules in the admin menu:
Get Involved – Clicking the title at the very top of the sidebar will take you out of the administrative section and back to the Get Involved homepage.
Active Organization – The name of the organization currently being managed is displayed at the top of the navigation menu. If you are authorized to manage more than one organization, you can use the “Change organization…” search field at the top of the main section of the page to select a different organization.
Dashboard – Provides an overview of key information for your organization including notifications about tasks that need to be completed.
Organization – This option will link directly the the Settings page for non-RSOs to manage organization information including contact and web links. Recognized Student Organizations will have submenus that support the annual recognition process:

Control Panel – Some organizations have very specialized functions that are distinct to their business processes.
Memberships – Manage positions and people within the organization. Submodules include:

- Positions – Manage business titles that identify member assignments in relation to the organization such as Director or Advisor.
- Prospective – Manage selection of new organization members.
- Current Members – Manage activation and termination of people approved to fill positions within the organization.
- Former Members –
Events – Manage events hosted by the organization. Some organizations or types of events require a pre-event planning form that is routed for approval.

- All Events – See what events are hosted by the organization. If permitted, you may propose a new event or manage an existing event.
- Locations – Manage event locations including identifiers to properly map the location using aggiemap.tamu.edu, Google Maps, or OpenStreetMap.com.
- Affiliations – Co-sponsored events can be associated with more than one organization to support cross-marketing and sharing of event-related information.
- Concessions – Request a Concessions Permit for a campus location.
Signups – Manage opportunities to sign up including defining timeslots and inviting participants.
Forms – Configure web forms to collect information including special form types to solicit endorsers and define review rubrics.
Endorsements – A special type of Form used to invite others to respond in support of something.
Agreements – Manage agreements that can be electronically signed.
Reviews – Manage review team members, items undergoing review, and settings for submission scoring.
Messaging – Define custom messages that can be sent as part of automated workflow events.
Workflows – Define the online sequence of steps necessary to accomplish a business objective. Submodules include:

- Overview – Define workflows for automating business processes. Workflows may consist of unique combinations of Places, Transitions, Actions, Events and Checklists.
- Types – Define the types of Transitions that can be used in workflows.
- Events – Manage events that can be associated with Places and Transitions.
Views – Select content and sequence for presenting workflow-managed submissions for reviews.
Training – Offer virtual training options.

- Delivery Platforms – Identify supported Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Modules – Manage inventory of online training courses.
- Standards – Define training requirements.

Site Administration – The functions in this section are only available to top-level IT administrators who manage the Get Involved service for all organizations.
- Homepage Features – Manage featured links on the homepage.
- Grammar – Manage attributes (Adjectives) and relationships (Prepositional Phrases) between items (Proper Nouns) known to Get Involved, including relationships between organizations.
- Organizations – Define organizations.
- Users – Provides a listing of all users having some level of administrative access to Get Involved
- Managers – Manage which users have limited permissions to administer other organizations
- Authorization – Manage access controls
- Roles – Identify which administrative permissions are authorized for each functional role.
- Permissions – All permissions are role-based in Get Involved.
- Eligibility Standards – Define standards used to validate a person’s eligibility to be a member of an organization or registrant for an event.
