Permissions are managed indirectly through Roles assigned to Positions in Organizations. This facilitates carrying permissions forward from one person to whoever eventually replaces them in a position. A person’s permissions in Get Involved can be different for each organization in which they are a member.
Within the Admin section authorized users work within the context of only one department at a time. If they have permissions for multiple organizations, they will have a drop down list from which they can select a different organization. This will refresh the Admin page to only show the options available for the newly selected organization.
